Partnerships
The provision of company management and associated corporate services is regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. We work closely with that Authority and the various departments of the Ministry of Financial Services & Commerce, including the Office for Strategic Action on Illicit Finance, General Registry, Competent Authority for Beneficial Ownership and the Department of International Tax Cooperation.
